We're having an unlucky November in the Avery/Raab household. I sprained my ankle last week while trail running.  Steve's foot is still bothering him. Liesl has been sick for most of November (coughing, pneumonia, upset stomach). But the crowning glory: Sebastian got a shiner playing touch football after school.

At least one of us was proud and happy with our injury.
