We went to
Pollard tree farm up on Skyline road this morning to hunt and gather a Christmas tree. It was pretty cold out there but gorgeously sunny, and without the wind that made yesterday so bitter. We found a lovely little tree of Noble fir and cut it down (the first time we've actually done so ourselves), and then we were ready for an afternoon of decorating, eating cookies, and listening to Christmas music.
