Friday was the last day of school for both kids - what a strange year it's been for 4th and 7th grades. Liesl hit a low point in January, but then thrived when in-person school returned in April. Even though it was only 2.5 hours in the mornings, she loved seeing her teacher and friends. We're delighted that her teacher is looping up to 5th grade with the class, so she'll have Ms. Robbins again next year.
Sebastian, true to form, was still submitting his last assignments for Spanish and science up until 9:45 pm on Friday night. (They were due at midnight, and to be fair, we were out at baseball from 4-8:30... but still!) Here he is, ready for summer break finally!
