superhero day

Friday was superhero day at the kids' school and Liesl decided to be a Tetherball Queen Tigress; her friend Maya was a Tetherball Queen Tiger. Liesl made two of these cute signs with TQT on them, to be pinned on their tshirts, and even a little tetherball (and the bottom of her shirt). It was entirely her own idea, and her own execution too. She dug around in our craft boxes and found everything she needed, and made it while I was out at Seb's soccer practice on Tuesday. I painted her nails and Steve painted her face. I love seeing her creativity and ingenuity come out (and Steve's!).
