I had to work on Thursday, so Steve took over. There were a lot of treats. Apparently the girls thought he was joking when he listed his itinerary: boba tea, chocolate shop, macarons, ice cream sandwich, donuts. And a delightful sushi lunch.
And then on Friday, we had to say goodbye. Liesl and I drove Roxy to the airport and waited with her until she got on the plane, and then we were sad.
