Liesl's LYS Red soccer team qualified for the State Cup again this spring, and had their first of two round-robin games last Saturday. She played defense in the first half, and midfield in the second half. Sadly, the team lost 2-0, but it wasn't unexpected because their opponents were very good. They'll play the second game this Sunday, and need to win that one in order to move on to quarter-finals.
