family welcome dinner

Annie and Tran hosted a Hawaiian-themed family dinner on Thursday at a cider farm - our first chance to see the extended family in a few years - and it was great to see everyone again and reconnect with my cousins, aunts and uncles, and all the children. Everyone has grown - gotten older - I feel the passage of time more intensely these years, with children underfoot.
