Liesl has continued to compete in weekly cross-country meets - 3km - and has been doing great. Here she is at Wilshire Park, running three laps around in 14-15 minutes.
This week was at Jackson Middle School, a very hilly course on grass. Two laps around, finishing on the track. Liesl had a lot of kick at the end of the race, sprinting to the finish.
