Seb and Liesl both attended two weeks of Sports Plus camp this summer - a perennial favorite. They play various organized sports all day long, both classic (soccer, basketball, volleyball, handball, dodgeball) and camp (pindown, obstacle courses). Every week there's an Olympics competition on Thursday, with 6-8 events and points given for baskets scored, place in a race, time in an obstacle course, shots made, etc. Sebastian has almost always won a medal in his age division, every year he's been a camper.
Well, this year, he won gold the first week and silver his second week, and Liesl rocketed to stardom with a gold her first week and a bronze in her second. She noted that she was the only girl to win a medal (any medal, in any age division) during the first week. :)
