Snow!

We woke up Friday morning to an inch of new fallen snow, with more flakes floating down. The children were thrilled and went out onto the balcony immediately after breakfast to stomp in it. 

Liesl and I ventured out briefly mid- morning, and after school Sebastian and I built a mini-snowman, but we mostly occupied ourselves with reading, painting, and baking chocolate rollout cookies.
